New LC-MP400-Q-II 400G OEO board

With the development of optical networks, data volumes and data transmission speed requirements are increasing. Telecom operators are developing new solutions to increase capacity and adapt their infrastructure to changing operating conditions and traffic demands. As the load on networks grows, the need to expand port capacity increases. Following these trends, DWDM.ME expands its product portfolio with the new LC-MP400-Q-II 400G OEO board in the MU series for devices with QSFP-DD ports. This solution enables operators to meet current technology standards and scale their infrastructure for future workloads. The main difference between the new board and its predecessor, the LC-MP400-II, is the availability of a single 400G QSFP-DD client port instead of four 100G QSFP28 ports, which simplifies management, improves scalability of the optical infrastructure and helps to cope with high traffic volumes.
